Weekends and official holidays in the shipping country (China for international shipments) are not counted as shipping days. Please be aware of the Chinese holiday calendar to factor in any potential delays during these periods.

The processing time for your order involves 2-5 days for parcel delivery to the shipping company, in addition to the specified shipping duration. The official shipping period begins from the date the shipping company receives the products.

Customs Clearance:

For international shipments, there may be delays during customs clearance procedures. This is beyond our control and the control of the shipping company. Any additional time spent in customs is not included in the initially mentioned shipping duration.
